(American Amber Ale): Mosaic hops give Storm Cat (a stud Thoroughbred who had a 24-hour armed guard for his, talents) a grapefruit and tangerine essence with a residual sweetness from caramel malts. ABV: 6.7 IBU: 60.
(American Black IPA): Jet-black out of the gate, roasted in flavor on the back stretch, and hoppy through-and-through. ABV: 7.0 IBU: 90.
(Belgian Dubbel): Brewed with Pilsener and Special B malts, raisins, Turbinado sugar and an Abbey yeast, plums and dates dominate in flavor. ABV: 7.8 IBU: 21.

(Robust Porter): Traditional British base malts to which lots of Melanoidin, Chocolate, and Special B specialty malts add character, we finish with Styrian Goldings hops and an English yeast strain. (Belgian Tripel) – A combination of Pilsener, Biscuit and some sugars, noble hops and fermented with 3 separate Belgian yeast strains leaving a very Trappisty finish. ABV: 8.8 IBU: 30.
(Imperial IPA): Brewed with American 2-Row, Caramel, and Munich malts, spiked with a healthy addition of Piloncillo sugar. Loads of Warrior & Citra hops for bittering and flavor, topped with Cascade for aroma. Careful. ABV: 10.0 IBU: 100.
