Beer (Standard)

Spotted Saddle

(American Pale Ale): Pale malts and flaked rye produce an APA that drinks darn near close to an IPA – you will be surprised at the Simcoe hop kick on this guy. ABV: 6.3 IBU: 48.

(Belgian Golden Strong Ale): A mixture of Pilsener and Munich malts, Wildflower honey, go slow with this easy-drinking and Oak-infused beauty ABV: 8.4 IBU: 25.

Storm Cat

(American Amber Ale): Mosaic hops give Storm Cat (a stud Thoroughbred who had a 24-hour armed guard for his, talents) a grapefruit and tangerine essence with a residual sweetness from caramel malts. ABV: 6.7 IBU: 60.

Kisber Felver

(American Black IPA): Jet-black out of the gate, roasted in flavor on the back stretch, and hoppy through-and-through. ABV: 7.0 IBU: 90.

(Belgian Dubbel): Brewed with Pilsener and Special B malts, raisins, Turbinado sugar and an Abbey yeast, plums and dates dominate in flavor. ABV: 7.8 IBU: 21.

Horse Collar

(Rye India Pale Ale): Featuring a spicy rye kick, mellowed by high alpha flavoring and aroma hops that contribute a floral aroma. Not quite a flower-wreath of carnations, but not dissimilar. ABV: 6.8 IBU: 75.

(American India Pale Ale): Brewed using three malts and Pacific Northwest hops, our IPA’s simplicity is belied by a complex and aggressive Chinook hop finish. ABV: 7.5 IBU: 98.

Marsh Tacky

(American Stout): Intensely-roasted and dark chestnut in color, with a dark tan head of creamy foam, we have hopped him up with Galena, East Kent Goldings, and Mt. Hood hops. The flavors will last, and last… ABV: 6.2 IBU: 51.

Mr. Ross

(American-Belgo Style Ale): Inspired by and fermented with Saison yeast, but no bittering hops, Mr. Ross (a distant relative of Seattle Slew) is uniquely-balanced by strong American aroma hops that almost create their own style. ABV: 7.5 IBU: 50.

Cleveland Bay

(Robust Porter): Traditional British base malts to which lots of Melanoidin, Chocolate, and Special B specialty malts add character, we finish with Styrian Goldings hops and an English yeast strain. Imagine sitting in a nineteenth-century London pub – but without the foul stenches of the nineteenth century. ABV: 5.8 IBU: 46.

(Belgian Tripel) – A combination of Pilsener, Biscuit and some sugars, noble hops and fermented with 3 separate Belgian yeast strains leaving a very Trappisty finish. ABV: 8.8 IBU: 30.

(Imperial IPA): Brewed with American 2-Row, Caramel, and Munich malts, spiked with a healthy addition of Piloncillo sugar. Loads of Warrior & Citra hops for bittering and flavor, topped with Cascade for aroma. Careful. ABV: 10.0 IBU: 100.
